The Original Base adjusts to accomodate a scroll frame PVC frame or hoop which is 13" to 22" wide. This frame is complete with a 16" scroll frame. It folds completely flat without disassembly for storage . A companion item is the UCS Universal Clamp which allows the user to replace the scroll frame with Q-snaps or stretcher bars. Base and scroll frame are made of hardwoods and are unfinished and sanded. Scroll frame has unfinished 3/4" diameter dowels with 1-1/2" cotton twill tape.
